Welcome to Appir! By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which describe your rights and responsibilities when using our platform. Please read these terms carefully, as by continuing to use Appir, you accept these terms. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us through the provided channels.

01. User Responsibilities

01.1 Users are responsible for providing truthful information during the registration process. Providing incorrect information, except for age (restricted by the purchasing policy of partner shops), may limit the app's ability to make personalized clothing recommendations.

01.2 To maintain optimal platform performance, users should update their personal information by redoing the registration process through the user menu.

01.3 Appir reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if there are indications of abuse, such as intentional attempts to overload the system (for example, excessive logins or data requests from specific IP addresses). Such incidents will be investigated before action is taken.

02. Use of the Platform

02.1 It is strictly prohibited for users to reverse-engineer or scrape the app. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

​02.2 The app is solely intended for browsing, sharing, and purchasing clothing. Any other use is unacceptable and may result in the suspension of the account.

03. Liability

03.1 The recommendations provided by Appir’s AI are based on the information users provide and their interactions with the app. Misleading or incomplete data may lead to less accurate suggestions.

03.2 There may be discrepancies between the data displayed in the app and the information on the seller's website. The app relies on product feeds from sellers that are updated daily. Incorrect data in these feeds falls under the seller's responsibility.

03.3 Appir is not liable for problems on sellers' websites, such as discrepancies, transaction errors, or complaints about products. Our role is limited to facilitating the exploration of clothing. Once referred to the seller's website, all responsibility lies with the seller.

03.4 Appir relies on the audit policies of intermediaries to ensure the validity and reliability of its partner sellers. Since Appir has no direct contact with these sellers, any issues regarding the authenticity of a seller fall under the standards and procedures of the intermediary.

04. Purchases

04.1 Appir works based on an affiliate model, allowing users to explore clothing in an innovative way.

​04.2 Refunds, returns, and warranty claims are handled solely by the seller and not by Appir.

05. Intellectual Property

05.1 The design of the app and the AI algorithms, including the anonymized training data, constitute the intellectual property of Appir.

​05.2 The information displayed in the app is the property of the respective vendors.

​05.3 Users are allowed to share content from the app via social media channels.

06. Amendments and Termination

06.1 Important updates to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via push notifications within the app.

​06.2 Appir reserves the right to terminate accounts under the conditions described in Section 1.

07. Data Processing and Analytics

07.1 Appir strives for transparency. Users can request information about the data used for analytics and advertising. Although our model training process is proprietary, we aim to be transparent so that users feel informed and safe.

08. Jurisdiction

08.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

​08.2 Disputes will initially be resolved through mediation. If necessary, further legal steps may be taken.

09. Feedback and Suggestions

09.1 Appir encourages users to submit feedback and suggestions. By submitting ideas, the user transfers ownership rights to Appir, allowing us to implement the gathered ideas and feedback fully without any ownership implications.

​09.2 Appir reserves the right to contact users directly with requests for feedback about the use of the app. This communication is solely intended to improve the functionality, user experience, and quality of the app.

10. Beta testing and Bugs

10.1 Since Appir is a new platform, bugs may occasionally occur. Users are encouraged to report any issues through the designated channels so that we can improve the app.

11. Costs and Premium Features

11.1 The use of the app is free for users and the app is intended for shopping purposes.
